Your workshop is led by Ryan, a GMC-registered Medical Doctor (MBChB) specialising in human performance and blood work analysis.

Ryan has over a decade of hands-on experience in skill, strength, and physique-based sports, paired with a broad clinical background spanning General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health, and more.

By combining medical knowledge with athletic and coaching experience, Ryan bridges the gap between theory and application, offering a clear, evidence-informed approach to human physiology and performance.

  • All knowledge levels are welcome. These workshops are designed to break down performance-based blood work from the ground up.

    Whether you're new to lab testing or already familiar with basic biomarkers, you'll gain a clear, structured understanding — starting with foundational concepts and building toward advanced, niche applications.

    Prior experience is absolutely not required.

  • Nothing is required to participate. You're welcome to bring a notebook if that’s your style, but we’ll provide all key presentations and supporting resources digitally after the event.

    Breaks are included throughout the day, so feel free to bring your own snacks, beverages, or anything else to stay comfortable.

  • Yes — you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned to real case examples. If you have your own blood work already we encourage you to bring your results if you’d like to work through them during the session.

  • Not at all. The workshop teaches everything from the ground up — starting with what to order and why. Not having blood results beforehand won’t take away from any of the lessons.

  • Whether you’re an athlete, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, or simply someone who wants to understand how blood testing can unlock better results, you’ll benefit from the practical tools and insights shared in the session.
