Every blood test package includes a personal 1 hour video consultation with Ryan. We’ll break down your results together and translate the data into actionable insights. You’ll receive tailored recommendations based on your specific goals and requirements. Instead of handing you a generic PDF to figure out alone, we’ll make sure you leave with a clear, personalised plan.
If you've had your blood tests done elsewhere and already received a report, don’t worry — we go further. Our approach typically uncovers 6–10 new insights that are often missed in standard analyses. If we’re unable to identify anything new of significance, you’ll still receive a consultation to explore other areas of your performance optimisation. Plus, we’ll offer a complimentary follow-up bloodwork analysis and consultation the next time you get tested.
