Better Blood.
Better Athlete.
Your immune system is not just about preventing infections, it is what allows you to adapt and recover from your training stimulus. An inefficient immune system equals inefficient progress.
Immunity
4% loss of body water leads to detectable reductions in strength, coordination, muscular endurance and cardiac output. Adequate hydration and electrolytes prevent performance reduction.
Hydration
Overtraining can show up as a low testosterone-to-cortisol ratio, low DHEA, elevated inflammatory markers etc. The signs vary, but the outcome is always the same: poor performance.
RECOVERY
Initiating protein synthesis requires magnesium, zinc, B6, and B12, folate, iron, manganese, iodine, and selenium. One deficiency is enough to limit an entire pathway, limiting recovery and adaptation.
Nutrients
Blood glucose and thyroid function impact energy, focus, and body composition. Without metabolic efficiency, even a well-structured training plan can lead to fatigue, reduced clarity, and catabolism.
Metabolism
High performance takes its toll on the body. Catching issues early increases your chances of a longer, stronger, and healthier career.

A Different Approach to
Blood Work
Standard Approach
Reference ranges based on statistics.
‘Normal’ targets based on general population averages.
Analyse individual biomarkers in isolation.
Aim for average results.
Reference ranges based on physiology.
‘Optimal’ targets formed from studies & data from high performers.
Analyse biomarker ratios and the relationships between them.
Aim for better results.

If you've ordered a blood work analysis (without a blood panel), you’ll receive an email shortly after purchase outlining the next steps. This will include instructions on how to send over your results (just a PDF copy is needed) and how to book your video consultation at a time that suits you.
If you've selected one of our blood panels, you’ll recieve a phone call to arrange a convenient time and location for your blood draw. We partner with Sussex Pathology, who operate over 20 clinics across the UK – you can find your nearest clinic here. Once your results are back, we’ll get in touch to schedule your video consultation.

You can use our blood panels as a guide for what a panel designed for performance might look like.
There’s no minimum number of biomarkers required for analysis, but the more data you provide, the deeper the insights we can offer.
We recommend aiming to include:
Full Blood Count (FBC)
Liver Function Tests (LFTs)
Kidney Function Tests (U&Es)
HbA1c
Thyroid Function Tests (TFTs)
Hormones (testosterone, oestogen etc.)
Key vitamins (vitamin D, B12, folate)

Yes – we can work with historical blood test results. Your biomarkers may have changed in that time frame, but can still provide insights with the right context. Just upload the PDF after ordering and we’ll take care of the rest.
-
Yes – our panels are designed to cover the most relevant tests for most people, but we understand that individual needs can vary. If you think you might benefit from additional testing based on your history or past results, email us and we can create a customised panel for you.
