Pricing varies based on your individual needs – such as what tests, data collection, and ongoing monitoring you require. As a general guide, coaching starts from £297 per month.
In the first few months, costs are typically higher as we carry out baseline testing and gather the data needed to tailor your plan. After that, pricing reduces accordingly as we move into ongoing support and optimisation.
We receive discounted lab pricing from our partners and pass this directly to you – we don’t mark up or profit from any tests or investigations.

There is no set endpoint – the purpose of this performance system is to keep you ahead of the competition. Our job is to ensure we’re continually accelerating your progress.
That said, the initial phase usually takes around 3 months, allowing time for investigations, tracking, and trend analysis. From there, we adapt based on your results, performance targets, and feedback.
